This one might be a bit tricky. If you go north on Gibbs Street from the Anthony Wayne Trail (Rt. 24) it becomes Cass Road. You will come to the 1800 block, but you will not find the Church. That's because you are in the 1800 block of Maumee. You must proceed further north past Heatherdowns and you will find another 1800 block, which is in Toledo. That is where you will find the church.
If you want to do it the easy way, take Conant north and it becomes Reynolds Road. Turn right (east) on Glendale. Drive for a while and when you come to Cass make a lift and you are a block from the church.
